S'Tile

He was very patient and generous with his time. Thoughtfully considered different possibilities and gave us all the options. He was highly recommended by a local tile supply store, and it's obvious that he is in demand. Someone you can trust to do a reliable and quality job. Will definitely hire if we end up needing some repairs. 

We were referred to S'tile (Roger Sorenson) by a handyman we've used for several years who highly recommended him. Our tile shower stall, which was only about a year old, had started to develop several issues including grout failure, among others. The original contractor, who is no longer in the area, was a jack-of-all trades, but a true master of only a few. Building a sound tile shower stall was apparently not one of them.
We showed Roger several pictures of the original installation in progress, and he was able to determine the pan liner over the pre-slope had been installed very improperly, and that waterproofing of the cement board on the walls prior to tile installation was insufficient. After considerable debate, we decided to remove the wall tile and the shower floor (including the dry pack and pan liner), and have him reinstall it all correctly.
Roger did an excellent job, was efficient, and was very careful to keep the whole area neat and tidy during the entire process. The end result is a very beautiful and correctly installed shower, and a very satisfied customer.
