Mayu cleaning services

Description of Work: Little, general tasks but none of the tasks we had been agreed to be done. Mayu and I negociated the price of $170 for deep clean (see some details on Angi's Site) by 2 person team. I regret hiring them at that fee for a deep cleaning. I called them on as they had not showed up. They begged to let them come then which was too late for me, so arranged for the next day between 9 and 10. They showed up about 10:30. I walked them through the premises and indicated that they could skip cleaning the refrigerator and spend the extra time on the rest of the kitchen and on the bathroom shower. I reminded them that they had agreed cleaning inside of windows and window frames and baseboards. (All part of deep cleaning). I explained to them that the floor is laminate, not wood so they should not allow water to settle on it. I noticed a slight look of displeasure on the male's face but he did accept a caffecito. They declared themselves finished around 2. We walked through and I mentioned that the floor condition was not good. She tried to talk herself out of that. Anyhow I gave them a $10 tip. Later on, I check the cleaning results again and that's when I noticed all the things they had not done, and the floor was the so disappointing, it was worse than it had been before. I called them and explained my disappointment. She tried to argue with me and then say okay i'm working now but I will be there in 2 hours. Needless to say they did not appear nor called me since then. I am not going to address te details of the issue again, please let me know your solution for this problem. Thank you,
