 + 6 moreThe project was completed ontime (10 weeks total from start to finish) and was within the estimate provided. The site was kept very clean and all waste materials were removed in a timely fashion. We were pleased with the few subcontractors selected by Chris and Kelli Maloney to work on the project and were very satisfied with Chris's management of their work. Additionally, we were grateful for the suggestions both made to our plans, which improved the final living space considerably. Now several months after completion of the project, we have not had any issues requiring followup or resolution. We feel the work is of high quality and would have no hesitation in recommending this company for other work or considering them again for future projects at our residence. As an added note: our residence is in Seattle, however this contractor is based south of Seattle. The contractor did not charge for any travel time and worked full work days/work weeks.
Description of Work: Our project consisted of a remodel of an unfinished basement into a living space consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and entryway. This work included both outside and inside work to ensure no water seepage into the basement.
