RENTAL CONNECTIONS & RL EST

I paid for a background check for two people. I called back asking the status and they claimed that one of our social security numbers was invalid. We have id's with the checks and I find them to have done this out of an act of hate and racism. They claimed his SSN was invalid so I went to my employer who confirmed it is the right number. They never got back to me. So I called them and said I paid you what is going on the status and explained I know his SSN was valid and true. She put me on hold for like 10 minutes and came back to say it can't approved because of my credit. I know this is untrue but if it were true they would have told me that from the very beginning. They just came up with something to tell me to keep me from calling and kept my money. I went there again because I was interested in a home and had another horrible experience. I called first to ask if they could fax me copy of an application. They said no, I need to come in to get it. I thought it was funny because they were regular business hours which means most of us are at work when they are open. This is not a good business if you can't accommodate someone when you are trying to sell or rent out a property. I ended up coming in when I could take time off and requested an app asking about a specific property. This property was just posted the day before. She was of course rude as usually and stated, " I guess I can but that was shown to someone today already so you probably wont get it." I was thinking wow that's funny considering everyone goes through a rental background check so how would you know they passed already if they were just shown the house a few hours ago. There two elderly ladies who work in there so I have always been polite but I would never let anyone else treat me so poorly. I would NOT recommend anyone asking this place to put your places on the market. I have called a number from their site and it was the actually owners number and they asked how I got there number and I told them. The rental agency actually put the owners number up even though they are paying them to advertise and handle the rental agreements. It is sad because they do get a lot of great properties but I wont rent thru them. Once I see rental connections I don't look at the house again. Wish they would get new employees who make you feel good and want to rent or buy the properties they represent.
