Our contract was for 4'' drainspouts, and gold Leaf Relief gutter protection. The workmen were on time. The supervisor was not with them. The size of downspout was not as we requested and were told, but after calls to company supervisor Phil agreed to install additional downspouts. The leaf guards were black mesh/notGold Leaf Relief per contract. No written guarantee was provided when requested, and supervisor said he did not install Leaf Relief. Though several calls were made to the Project Manager, he was unavailable. We only talked to the supervisor who did not provide identification or licensing info. We finally agreed to accept and paid for the installation 6-15-06. It has not rained. Therefore, we cannot determine the quality of work. We received no follow-up from the company. The workmen were neat and polite. The supervisor was defensive and irritated by our questions. We were left with a distinct feeling of unease.
