Architectural Service
Morta is a Geotech Engineer--not an architect--closest category I was forced to use. His plan kept growing and getting more expensive, failed to listen to me, failed to keep in communication with me during planning phase, as he kept changing the plans. He cost me a few thousand extra dollars in unnecessary materials and months of time loss due to his extravagant planning. I eventually had to redo the project with another engineer who turned out to be a pleasure to work with. I now have a few thousand dollars of expensive hardware and railroad ties in my yard and basement that I need to return and try to sell. Morta is either too scatter-brained or devious to trust with home improvement projects.
