Excellent interactions with each & every person - from owner, estimator, cabinet designer, project manager, accountant and on-site contractors.  All excellent people who, it was very apparent, love and take pride in their work.  Our job was a challenge as there were 3 partners that had to make decisions.  JCC was extremely patient with all our changes and worked to accommodate those changes within our stated budget at every turn.  New electrical panel was a surprise that required we adjust scope of other work to accommodate price, but all of this was handled professionally and they worked hard to make sure we ended up with a contract we could live with even with that big change.  The on-site personnel were excellent, arrived on time, worked hard and continuously.  Punchlist items at end of job were taken care of with dispatch.  And, 2 other contractors in neighborhood were very complimentary of the work they witnessed being done all the while.  Same with the on-site neighbor - he told me over and over what a great job these guys were doing, and that they paid great attention to each detail.  We were beyond happy with end result, and we have received many compliments on the product.  I would recommend Joel Cole Construction for any kitchen or bath remodel, including siding replacement and repair.   

It went very well. He was superb. He came out himself, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with it.
