Incredibly professional and personable. Walked through entire inspection with myself and my wife alongside. was patient with explanations of what was good/bad/middle quality of build as well as possible future problems to watch for.

If you want to know just what you are buying, I would have Mr. Hampton do the inspection. its important to have the right inspector that knows what they are doing. Its the biggest investment for some people and you don't want to be buying a money pit that I am dealing with now.
