About us
B&B has 10 employees, 9 service bays. We maintain many factory scan tools and all state of the art tooling to professionally service and maintain the modern automobile. We attend hours of training annually to better understand all aspects of our customers vehicles. All Technicians and most support staff holds at least a few ASE certifications. We are the only AAA approved auto repair facility in the local Grays Harbor Area as well passing the ASE blue sheild certification. B&B uses its knowledge and experience to help its customers choose new and used vehicles before purchasing. We offer local shuttle service and loaner vehicles for certain services. The business owner is active in ASA Washington (Automotive Service Association) helping other members with training and business support. We have partnered with our customers for 28 years helping them get the most of their automotive investment.

In the end, I was charged $447.43. This is a reasonable price, and I did not have to haggle for it. That's very professional! The staff is very friendly, does quality work, has deep experience, and offers great and quot;extraand quot; bits of information they have found out about your car. They also keep all those extra notes if you visit them again. They also have the computers and documentation necessary to work every major car brand.
For you, I would say they will do the work quickly and correctly. You will be charged a FAIR price for the work they do: They don't go out of their way to do and charge for every little thing. However, that price will be a bit higher than some other places. If you can afford the peace of mind, use Band B. If you are looking for a bargain, you may have to keep shopping.
