I discovered in March 2013 that they had installed a line for an icemaker that I never wanted connected without asking us.  Instead of removing the line they put in a faulty valve which leaked for at least 3 or as long as 6 months.  This caused massive mold problems which required, in September 2013,  the complete removal of all flooring and some walls and cabinets in spite of the fact that all the renovations had only been completed 4 months earlier.  They took no responsibility for this, stating that I must have turned the valve by mistake, in spite of the fact that it was their failure to ask me, the customer, whether or not I wanted this installed.  As of August 2014 I have heard nothing from them since February 2014 in spite of sending certified letters to them.  They also installed a propane furnace with ducting through the attic as the house is on a slab.  Ductwork was installed incorrectly and was undersized, the return was insufficient for the furnace, they failed to adequately insulate the ductwork which was in an unheated attic, and they did not comply with code requirements. Prior to this installation the house had electric heat so this installation was completely new and unencumbered by an existing system.  Removal of their faulty work and reinstallation will cost me more than a new system.  Again, in spite of multiple efforts to contact the principals of this company, I have heard nothing for over 6 months.  My last contact with the owner of the business was when he told me that all my heating problems were because I didn't have enough insulation in my attic.  Two other HVAC companies found the real faults which I have listed.  The other companies which evaluated the work completed by OPH also discovered that they failed to extend the "stink pipe" through which septic gases are evacuated.  For reasons nobody knows the pipe ended in the attic, but in spite of all the time that OPH spent in the attic installing the furnace and completing the renovations, they either never noticed this or completely failed to understand the significance of having a pipe venting methane gases into the attic.
It is clear that this business does not take pride in its work and does not value its customers in any way that would warrant even the slightest recommendation on my part. They have cost me thousands of dollars as insurance only covered 60%, incredible stress, and dislocation.  They should be ashamed.

We've done it three times in the last months. It was once in May and twice in June. They are super and extremely responsive. The last two were very minor. There were here for only an hour or so.
