House Cleaning
Very poorly - they spent 13 hours cleaning a house of 2,500 square feet and still missed things. The bill was outrageous and the response to our complaint about the bill was even more outrageous. The owner of the business rudely stated that she should have charged us more because it turned out to be a one-time cleaning. It turned out to be a one time cleaning because they exceeded the estimate by more than $100 and they still didn't clean everything.
