Could not have been better, Jim and his team had walked me through all the details and pricing, arrived and departed on schedule and the cost was right inline with their estimate. I would not use any other carpet cleaning company in the area. Thanks Jim!

The service turned out well. I had a tenant moving out and a tenant moving in and they were very good about trying to accommodate that coming and going. That was the second time I have used them.

I have four dogs who are constantly going in and outdoors and when the job was completed my rugs looked brand new. The technician was excellent. Every time he was finished with a room he would come to me to make sure that I was completely satisfied.



I liked the products that were used as they are natural, green cleaning and non-toxic which is very important to me as I do have my animals plus you're not smelling any harmful toxicants.
