Got the owner on the phone. Since my husband was at home and cold he said he'd go right out. He determined it was the thermostat, wentertainment and got a new one and installed it - all within 3 hours of my call!

They came on the day I called! That about says it all! They had told me they were all booked up and could come the following day, but would try to fit me in on the same day, if possible. And they did!

Work finished in about 6 hours
New furnace is 95.5% effecient, fantastic.
Very good people, friendly and helpful.
Mr. J. Niquette also helped me to figure out why water was coming into the basement and how to fix it.
Great clean up.

Niquette Plumbing installed a complete sump pump system in my basement. Great work! This solved my water in the basement problem!

I liked the work they did. Once the heaters were installed and they weren't what we expected. We had a little bit of trouble having them communicate with the manufacturer to have the problem resolved. Eventually the problem was solved and everything was replaced and okay. They just took a long time. They were definitely the best price.

They did a fantastic job for a good price. They even installed/checked a low water shutoff valve. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.
