Delta Resource Painting

We had a fairly complicated paint project with 5 different colors on a shake-sided house with lots of trim. The body was one color, the trim was another, the doors & tips of the rafters another color, some of the porch was a fourth color and the foundation was a fifth. Many painters would throw up their hands and refuse to do it or charge a fortune for the changes. Eugene calmly handled the challenges and his crew did an incredibly careful job - beautifully neat, not cutting corners to save time. There is not a drip to be found. They were careful not to paint when the humidity was too high. Their prep work - which everyone says is a key to a good paint job - was also thorough and neat. They took extra time to prime both the new shakes and also the older, more worn ones. Windows that needed new glazing, got it, without my asking - they even washed them! We have two dogs who came to look forward to Eugene and company's visits and treats every day. Delta Resource Painting found a bird's nest with eggs under an eave and they gently moved it and put it back when they were done - and the birds are all doing OK. The house looks great - we're getting compliments from neighbors, and I expect that the job will last a long time.
