He was the one we felt who was the most qualified. He was really good and also very knowledgeable and efficient in what he had to do. He made sure that if he wasn't able to come on a specified day or time, he would call and he kept in touch. We went with him and thought the price is reasonable since a clay tile roof is hard to repair because you can't just take off where they're broken, you have to take off all the way up. He came with another person and they knew what they were doing. It did not include the tile so we had the tiles. He wasn't the cheapest and he wasn't the most expensive but I was totally satisfied with the price.
