 + -1 moreThe repairs looked very good. I had two pairs done over time. The first pair took almost a month, the second pair was about two weeks faster. The cost was $36 for each pair. I don't know if this is the going rate for shoe repairs these days as it's been a while since I had this kind of work done. It seems high, but I don't know what others charge as there aren't any other viable options in this area. The boots were expensive when I bought them so seemed worth fixing. If they had cost me less, I'd probably hesitate to pay this much to repair them. The quality of the work and service were fine and the boots were ready when promised. I thought 4 weeks was a bit long for the first pair, but maybe it was a busy time for them.
Description of Work: Re-soled two pairs of leather boots.

Description of Work: He was to raise up my two right slippers as my right leg is shorter than my left leg. The service has not yet been preformed. It has been three weeks. I understand the cobble had a knee replacement but his son said that it would be three weeks. Well, work still nt done!

 + -1 moreEverything went very well. Very personable and laid back. Honest about what could be done and didn't try to oversell me on a new heel altogether.
Description of Work: I had no soles for the heels of an old pair of cowboy boots, that I had written off, but decided to see if anything could be done. New soles put on. They looked awesome afterword, and the heel had been polished also. Have to pay up front, but that does make sense.

Description of Work: The soles of my dress shoes were separating from the uppers. They explained the work they would need to do and why and then gave an estimate for the repairs. I gave them the go ahead to proceed and the work was done in a timely manner and the shoes look like new again.
