Even Worse - one week later, after the first significant rain, I had a huge puddle of water under my brand new service box. I called Green Mountain Power because I refused to let S T Electric back on my property after my nightmare experience. GMP informed me that the weather head was installed incorrectly (too high above the service cable) and that water easily entered from the side. My meter box had water, my service cable had water, my breaker box had water. This after spending thousands to fix this (supposed) very problem. I had to spend hundreds more hiring a competant electrician to rectify the problem.
In 14 years of home ownership, I have never encountered a more untrustworthy and unscrupulous tradesman.
Avoid your own personal nightmare and avoid S T Electric at all costs !
