Fast and professional. The two guys who came over were courteous and good natured, answered al my questions fully, did the job, and made helpful suggestions.

As promised.

They did a great job. We were really quite happy with them. I got quotes from three different companies and theirs was comparable. It was excellent quality. They did a really great job. They showed up right when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would do, and it cost exactly what they said it would cost.

Jon just happened to be in the neighborhood on a service call when I called, so he came over shortly after his previous customer, and installed a new light quickly and efficiently. Also was nice enough to put a dimmer on it, although I hadn't mentioned that on the phone originally. I highly recommend and would definitely use again. It's sometimes hard to schedule electrical work without having to wait weeks, especially in the summer which is the busy time, so it was especially nice of Jon to squeeze me in on such short notice.

Generally OK, took a little long

The estimate from New England Electric was the lowest I received for the job, below what I expected.  Johnathan discussed what I wanted and what my options were.  We arranged for a day when I could be without power for the entire day.  He didn't think it would take that long but wanted to be certain there would be time to take care of unforeseen situations.  
Johnathan arrived he said he would.  He was courteous and efficient.  I spent the day looking over his shoulder so I could learn what I could and he did not seem to mind.  He explained what he was doing and answered my questions about the house and about the Vermont electrical code.
Johnathan was a pleasant conversationalist and was able to work and explain things at the same time.  He finished in about 5 hours, well before I expected.
The new panel looks wonderful.  I feel much more comfortable in the house now.

They are easy to work with. They were quick and efficient. I would use them again in the future.

He has great customer skills. He is conscientious and quick to respond. He follows up very well. He does good work. He does what he says he is going to do and he does it real well. He is trustworthy. His prices are very reasonable.
