Immediate response, quick scheduling, and quality work! Sid was able to come out the afternoon that we called and quickly fixed our garage door and replaced a roller that was getting rusty, but also re-adjusted the bottom seal so the door completely closes. The other garage repair company we hired last time had been unable to figure out how to fix the door, but Sid adjusted the tension on the springs and guide wires and the motor settings until it closed properly.

David quickly figured out that the problem was caused by loose framing that put pressure on the sensor wiring. He reinforced the framing, fixed the wiring and everything worked fine. He did a great job and I definitely would use Limoge again in the future.

They came the next day and checked out my garage door which was going down most of the way and then reversing and going back up. They tried out a few things and got it working without having to replace any parts, and it has been working well ever since.

Rick was great to deal with, very helpful throughout the process, and communicated promptly. The person who did the install was very friendly and helpful, as well. It turned out that our old opener was hard-wired (not to code), but we came up with a workaround so that the install could be completed. I installed a box later that night, and all is good. The door looks great and works just as well.

These guys are amazing. DO NOT EVER call Overhead Door instead of Limoge. Overhead was unresponsive and very unprofessional. Limoge went beyond my expectations for less money than I expected. Also very quick to respond, did the install within 2 days of being called. Excellent company. REMINDER: Do not give Overhead Door your business.

Called and had an estimate and a repair person at my house within 30 minutes. The repair was performed quickly and professionally within an hour. The repair person was friendly and very competent. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door work.

They diagnosed the problem and offered to fix, but it was really simple and I fixed it myself.

Mike and his team are the best. After a horrible experience with a competitor I called Mike for a quote. I explained what we needed and had a quote within 10 minutes. He sent one of his guys out the same day to measure the door so we could get it ordered. It arrived exactly when he said it would and had it scheduled for install the next day. His install crew were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Mike and his team in the future, thanks Mike!

They came quickly, and were able to fix it, saving the cost of replacement (which I was thinking I would have to pay). They also suggested replacing the deteriorating bumper on bottom of garage door and were able to do it the same day (to save the cost of a return service trip) at a reasonably low cost. I called asking if someone would be available to check out our non-functioning garage door...thinking some time this week. Someone was here in 15 min, explained the problem, cost, and repaired right then. Excellent work, price. Nice people.

I joined Angie's List at around 11:00 AM and located a prospective contractor for installing/repairing garage doors (Limoge and Sons). I sent them a message via Angie's List, and they called within thirty minutes. They gave me a ballpark estimate on the phone, and said they would try to have someone stop by this afternoon. In the early afternoon, a truck was in the driveway and the technician was doing the repairs. He kept me informed of problems encountered (bad pulleys and cable in addition to the primary concern of a broken spring). He allowed me to watch and answered questions as he went. He was friendly, confident, competent, and efficient. All required items were in his van. I brought up a few additional concerns (e.g., door not closing fully), and he took care of all of them. He spent additional time, but did not adjust the price of the service call. An itemized bill was provided. Everything was reasonably priced. The door now operates very smoothly and quietly. There is only one very minor point: I was told they would call before someone came out, but this did not happen. I had to go on a brief errand, and left the garage door open just in case. Fortunately my brief absence did not hold things up at all, and as I mentioned, I found the work underway when I returned. I am 100% delighted and would use them again.
