We purchased cabinets and counter tops for our kitchen remodel. We were required to pay for everything up front which was not mentioned during our initial meetings. Our order had incomplete trim pieces and final replacement took over 6 weeks and we had to pay for the incorrect trim parts at extraordinary pricing. The last trim piece came 2 weeks after the kitchen was complete, I ended up and cut out this final piece from a painted 2X6X8. To top it all of, 3 cabinet doors delaminated and we had to go directly to the service rep which dealt with Lacillade to give us our doors. I would not recommend Lacillade.
