Had a problem with my oven. Called Gary and he knew right away what the
problem was. He allowed me to come to a job site he was working at and
give me the part i needed on the spot. He explained to me how to fix
it. Then an hour later he was driving by my house and called to make
sure everything was worked out. I was having a bit of a problem, so he
kindly popped in and fixed it. A great experience. It'd be nice to
have more of these kind of experiences.
