Brendan tried very hard to fix our existing faucet because we were trying to save money. He always returned phone calls, was on time, and worked around our schedules. He made multiple trips to try and help us out. He made phone calls re: warranty parts on our behalf. Finally, when it just became too much hassle to try and deal with a substandard product for repair, he installed the new faucet that we purchased. He was friendly, kind, and professional and gave us a very fair price.

He is professional, on time and cleans up well after himself. He is a friendly, nice guy. He's worked for my mother-in-law for about 30 years and is top-notch.

We have a 90 year old farmhouse and did a complete kitchen and mudroom. Brendan did a great job in all aspects - fridge, new sinks, change the toilet, new natural gas stove. We got estimates and he was not the least expensive, but he had done work for over 20 years for my MIL, we decided to go with him. I was not disappointed in any aspect of his professionalism, cooperation with other contractors, timeliness, etc. A+ all the way

Our water heater was making a strange noise, but not otherwise acting up. We called BC based on a good review here on Angie's List and got a call back a few hours later saying he could come the same day, which was what we had been hoping for. He gave us an estimated time and then was actually able to get here 30 minutes earlier than he had said.
When he came, he found a badly corroded part that was causing a leak onto a switch. After diagnosing the problem, he called around, found the unusual part we needed in Burlington (we live in Williston, and my understanding is that this Burlington company is the only one who sells parts for our uncommon brand of water heater), drove there and back to get it, drove back, and installed it.
The service wasn't cheap, but the pricing was fair. Brendan was friendly and efficient. Now we know where we can call whenever we have plumbing, water heater, or HVAC issues.

It went great. He has worked for my mother in law for 20 years and was not the lowest quote for the job when we remodeled our kitchen (totally gutted the kitchen), but was mature, professional and gave us great advice. He always showed up when he said he would, did what he said he was going to do and worked well with the other contractors.

I had a good experience with him. He is a good plumber. I have recommended him to some of my friends. His quality of work was excellent. He was here pretty quickly. He was punctual. I would use his services in the future as well.

Mr. Carrier was there on time. He was courteous and professional. He didn't complain about the small space he had to work in or the old plumbing. He went out of his way to find the parts he needed and had the work completed in a couple of hours, including driving to pick up parts.
