Overall, a great experience. Ben was referred to me by a guy at the hardware store. He showed up on time everyday, worked hard the whole time he was there, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. What I really appreciated were the lack of pushy attempts to upsell me. I may bring him in to plow for us this winter.
