 + -1 moreI found Wolken Auto Seatcovers by calling by asking a local auto body shop for a recommendation for someone to put a new top on my car. (it is a specialized job-- most auto body shops don't do upholstery work.) I called and left a message on Bruce's answering machine, and he called me back within one day. I took my car over for him to look at (he works out of his own garage) and he gave me options on colors and makers of tops, but also recommended what he considered the best color for me and the best quality top for the money. I gave him a down-payment on the top, and he ordered it. He called about a week later to let me know it was in, and I dropped it off on Monday (the 4th of July!) I was able to pick it up today (July 7). Because he works out of his own home/ garage, there was no rush to get there before 'closing.' He showed me the features of the top, demonstrated how to lower it and put it up, and gave me advice on caring for it. Overall a GREAT job-- I am VERY happy and recommend Bruce Wolken to anyone!!
Description of Work: I had Bruce Wolken put a new convertible top on my beloved 1997 Miata. Bruce is incredibly knowledgeable about the product, what was needed, and what product would be best for me and my car. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. Quality of work is impeccable, and he stands behind his work. I would recommend this company for any type of vinyl upholstery work! he does seats in cars and boats, convertible tops, restaurant booths, you name it.
