Mike was immediately responsive and not hesitant to provide information that meant I didn't need to schedule an immediate appointment with him.

The experience with M D L Electric LLC was not good. He quoted me a price and then never followed through when I inquired about his pricing. He showed up on time the first time and then disappeared.

They were reliable. They did a good job. He didn't quite do everything he said he would do. We asked him to do a lot and there were a couple of things that didn't get done. We did ask them to do a whole lot so we sort of forgive them for that.

Horrible experience. Mike drilled into a ceiling pipe and a torrent of water came down. I needed to call the plumber. He did not say he was sorry nor did he pay any part of my plumbing bill even after a discussion where I thought he said he'd pay half. He was a bully when I discussed the bill with him and I was made to feel uncomfortable. Further, he brought an apprentice with him so I was charged $75/hr instead of just Mike's $45/hr. I feel I was taken advantage of since I paid extra labor cost for Mike to teach an apprentice which in turn took more time to complete the job so I had to pay more time cost too.
