1st visit by owner with quote. He said we do this all the time, easy job to feather in areas would roll oriental back & feather in. Said very little dust. 2 men not owner came. We went out for 3 days due to fumes We have no pets and there was more hair in the urethane than on my head. 2nd time they came back, it was blamed on their mop they used & one of the guys. 3rd time owner came. Showed him sloppy work, globs of poly, poly On my carpet, poly track on floor of room not done, swirls & gouges in floor, Even poly on the back of my oriental which I had put plastic around when rolled back by us he corrected SOME of it, said he would never take a job like this again. Up front he said he did walking areas all of the time and it wasn't that bad, easy to feather in, now he said WON'T ever do that type of job again? Doesn't expolain all of the divot ( high & low spots & swirl marks very visible in the full kitchen & foyer. His explaination was must have been bad pad on sander. We had to be out of house twice. Poor job. Would not recommend. Price above paid was after he took $ off for our 2nd hotel stay Also lots of dust nothing cleaned up house torn up from 12/27 - 1/7!!
