The Burrington's are amazing Veterinarians. We have used them for years. We have had cats and dogs. They always make me feel like they have the time to work with me and explain things in depth when needed. They have been available via phone during emergencies and email during non-emergencies. I have been very pleased with their services. Their front line staff are also terrific. I feel lucky to have them helping my animals.

It went great. Receptionist, vet tech, and Vet were all kind, professional, and easy to deal with.

Again, my pet and I were treated with the utmost kindness and care. My kitten was calm and comfortable. Everything done that day was explained and my options for treatment were given without pressure. I left that day with treatments for the kitten with explicit instructions on administration. This was all done as construction/expansion was going on at the site! As part of the new kitten protocol, 2 subsequent appointments were made for him. The first, for rabies took place on 01/05/2010 and I was not charged for an "office visit" just $12.00 for the vaccine. The vet tech was friendly and made quick work of vaccinating my kitten. We look forward to the final inoculation visit next week. I recommend Veremedy highly.

In the over 25 years I've been a pet "mom"..... this was one of the best vet experiences I've ever had. From the initial phone call for info and appointment scheduling, to our greeting at the clinic and the actual exam etc..... we were treated in a friendly, professional and caring manner. My cat was totally comfortable there (those with cats know that's a miracle sometimes) and we were both treated with kindness and care. I was not pressured into running unnecessary tests or scared into inoculations my kitty didn't need! I was treated with respect and my questions were answered in a straight forward manner! Dr. Hughes is approachable and friendly. Callie's nails were trimmed beautifully AND without charge! Since we are new to the area and will need boarding/pet sitting for Callie in a few months, I asked Dr. Hughes if she had any recommendations.... she walked with me to the reception area and spent some time talking to me about a place for our kitty! The clinic is clean, welcoming and bright! I understand that there are plans for expansion, as they are quite a busy practice. I WILL be bringing Callie back here when she needs vet care and have NO hesitations recommending Veremedy in White River Junction for veterinary services.
