This is the second time we've used Casella. The rates are very reasonable. Our roofer gave us the job of providing a dumpster, and I believe we saved hundreds of dollars, if not more, by dealing directly with Northeast. My first contact was with Rebecca (not to be confused with Becky, who also works there), and she was top-rate. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When we needed to delay delivery by a day because of a snowstorm, my first contact told me it was too late; the truck had left. I called back (after driving past their location on my way to work with no sight of a dumpster en route), and got Rebecca, who cheerily offered to reach the dispatcher to postpone. She then called me back to confirm that she was able to reschedule. She's the best!
