I discovered that the whipped cream maker leaked from the nozzle. I called the company and she checked with others to see if there were any solutions or similar problems. She called me back and made some suggestions to correct the problem. When they didn't work she immediately arranged to ship a new one, no questions asked. She didn't even ask for the bad one to be sent back. Wow!
