All phases of the interactions went well. I met with the owner in their store to pick out the wood burning fireplace insert. Prior to ordering, they sent knowledgeable personnel to my house to evaluate the scope of work and to take measurements. On the day of installation, they arrived on time with all parts and equipment needed. They completed the installation in one long day and cleaned up after themselves as they went.
We have used the wood burning insert, the wood stove, and the propane fireplace for a few months now, and it all works as intended. I would use the Home Comfort Warehouse again without hesitation.
