Excellent experience, if expensive. They installed a solar hot water heater for us, including two solar panels, a collection tank, a heat exchanger, and ALL of the plumbing from the roof to the basement (using professional plumbers). This took only 2 days from start to finish. We had a slight mix-up in communications, and they fixed the problem for free, even though it cost them another 1/2 day with their crew. They were competent and polite. They did take 5 months to get to our job because of a backlog and a terrible winter, but they told us that in advance, so there were no surprises. We would highly recommend them, if you are considering a solar hot water system and cost is not the primary issue.
