Internet Service
Horrible. I signed up for internet service. From day one the service did not work properly. I called about 5 times on different occasions over a 5 month period to get it resolved and they could not so we had to cancel the service. We were charged an early termination fee of $129. When I called to ask to have it removed they refused stating that they only had records of me calling once. They claim to record all calls but do not. I have cell phone records of my calls. Stay away from Consolidated Communications.
