Rohne's Painting

ouse I contacted Mike Rohne (Rohne's Painting) initially through Angie's List - he came to the house and we talked specifically about what we wanted power-washed - he got back to me within 24 hours with a very agreeable fee and we gave him the job - weather dictated the timing (cold November days!), but Mike carried out the job within the week - he worked solidly for most of the day, took his time and did a great job - we had not had the house cleaned in two or three years and there was significant and visible mold on much of the vinyl siding - after he finished, the house sparkled and my wife and i were very happy with the result.
Mike himself was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and responsive and a far cry from many of the people (and their behaviors) i have dealt with over the years, from not returning calls to turning up inebriated et al.
I will heartily recommend his services to friends and family and hope to engage him again soon for some interior work on our home.

Mike, as always did an excellent job. He always arrived when he said he would. He also always prepped are for work and at end of day he cleaned and replaced articles moved. This was our 3rd time using his services. He is a hard worker and still thoughtful of our situation. He will do more work for us in the near future, plus we recommended him to our neighbors. Mike's wife even came to help finish off the parts he hadn't gotten to. A great couple, good people and so honest. Wonderful to have them here.

I waited a while to provide this review. First, I wanted to be comfortable about the potential durability of the work. Then, I wanted to be sure that I had enough time to describe to you how impressed I am by Rohne's careful and professional approach to the project.
We received a pre-season and quot;lock-inand quot; 15% discount for booking a spring job the previous fall. Not only that, even without the discount, Rohne's was the fairest estimate we received and included all materials.
I initially chose an unfortunate color, which, when I actually saw it on the house, was pretty terrible. I was able to choose another color and have the already painted section redone for a very reasonable charge.
Mike Rohne did all the work himself (although he had planned to have an associate with him), and was prompt, pleasant, thorough and extremely skilled. Without my asking, he suggested that he use some of the leftover deck stain to repaint some really worn outdoor furniture, and--just because--he actually repaired a deck chair before painting. I was so impressed.
Mike Rohne is an extraordinary individual--not just as a contractor, but as a person. You can sense his integrity from miles away. Not only do I respect his work, I really like him.
I can't vouch for any of his associates, but I would be surprised if he settled for less than the best.

Mike was always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were no surprises. We received an estimate very shortly after meeting with him. He kept us informed of when he would be available. He did a great job, was neat, pleasant and a hard worker. What more could you ask for. We plan to use Rohn's painting again very soon.

They did a good job. They responded quickly and they showed up when they promised. It was clean as a whistle when they left. I had hoped they would scrape down the old window trim and they didn't really do a lot of scraping. It could have been because it obviously is so old but it does look a lot better.

Mike arrived when he said he would and did what his estimate provided for.Nice, clean job. Professional approach and friendly.

Best its ever looked. They laid down a great cover of paint/stain. laughing and talking and doing supreme work.
It was a great experience. porch ceiling is very good color.
Will be hiring them again for future jobs. have recommended their services to others in our home owners association.

Everything was protected, and painting was precise. Even better than original contractor's job.very professional, friendly and courteous. They were on time every day and did not leave until a room was completed , no matter the size.
We hired them again, twice in fact.
