Electrical Service
Paul's prices were very high and being newly divorced and very naive regarding contracting, I paid Paul every time he submitted a bill, at least weekly, even though the bill was all in code, e.g. "4 xyz-2j $45.00" etc. The last time I saw him was right after I paid him one Friday afternoon. Never saw him again. I made repeated phone calls to him but he never returned my phone calls. I suspect he got a bigger construction job and just left me out to dry with the work half done. I should have taken him to court and may still.
