This job was the third one with this contactor. The first project was redesigning a bathroom, the second was adding a dormer to create more space and to create a second full bathroom.  I love working with this contractor and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

It went great. They were on time and very professional and friendly. I would use them again.

Of course, it was a lot more money than I anticipated.  When the sink was removed, there was stuff that wasnt up to code that had to be redone, and some mice damage that needed to be repaired.  There were problems with the walls,
so they pretty much needed to be rebuilt.

The ceramic tile installation is a work of art,

Crew was professional and thorough.
They have done a lot of work on a neighbor's house and it looks great.

CAn't wait till I have more money to have them do more.

Initially, there were 2 jobs; a small remodeling of the bathroom and to replace the ceiling in a bedroom. The bathroom job was to pull out cabinets and replace them with a washer and dryer, replace the toilet and the sink, and put in a drop ceiling. When work began, it was discovered that a significant amount of mold was underneath the floor, walls and ceiling so it was necessary to gut the entire bathroom. I ended up with a beautiful entirely remodeled bathroom. I ended up spending more money because of new fixtures, tub, flooring, etc., but that was okay. The contractor was always up-front with what needed to be done or recommended what should be done. He and his crew were very polite, friendly, communicative, and flexible. Because the bathroom looked so nice I decided to replace the hallway floor next to the bathroom and the contractor was very willing to do the job. Everything looked beautiful -- the workmanship was great. I have been so pleased with this contractor, so much so that I have hired them again to do a major remodeling job starting this month.

The original project was to put in a drop ceiling, replace the toilet and floor (the toilet was about ready to go through the floor) and take out a set of cabinets to use the space for a washer and dryer. Turned out that there was so much mold in the flooring and the walls (they were hemasote, used back in the 40's and 50's) that everything had to be removed. I have health issues that respond to mold so I was very glad to know that mold in my bathroom would no longer be an issue. The contractor kept me informed every step of the way and would present options if the need arose. He and his crew were so friendly, professional, meticulous, responsive to the unusual accommodations I needed to have because of my health issues. I am thoroughly pleased with the results. The crew was very friendly, honest, professional, meticulous, and communication was never an issue. I highly recommend this group.
