For many years ,Mark is my ? go to guy? for all and any of my minor or major home repairs and remodeling projects .

What I like most about him , is, how reliable, honest and professional he is.

It went great we called Mark on Saturday afternoon and he called us back on Sunday morning and he was onsite Monday afternoon to do the work. Which for VT is incredible, usually you call and then 4-5 days later you might get a call back and then cross your fingers someone shows up.
Super nice guy and honestly I have been singing him praises everyday since for coming and helping us out with what really wasn't a big job (the job was just located in a really bad spot that if you don't like steep roofs you probably wouldn't have done it either) but he just jumped (I should say climbed in) and went to town.
I would recommend Mark to anyone and I look forward to working with him again.

This is the second time I have used Mark for home repairs. The first time was a bit more extensive. He fixed a leaking hose under my kitchen sink and replaced a stove burner for me. This time, I needed to have the inside of a toilet replaced.

Mark is very conscientious, friendly, communicative and professional. A jack of all trades. His prices are fair.

I've already have a quote from him to have gutters put in place. The price is right on target. I have had horrible service from other repairmen and plumbers.

Mark is a quick, efficient, never over charges, if he can’t do the work he helps me find someone good who can since I started using total home services- being a home owner got so much easier.

We hired Mark after we moved into a new house that was build in 1880 and needed some basic work with rebuilding outdoor stairs, replacing attic window, painting, shutter repair and painting and wall insulation of basement. He started the work and completed things as he was able. Not everything got done right away but the things that were necessary did. We will continue with him to complete outdoor painting next Spring and liked and trusted him. His prices were fair and his referrals for work he couldn't do were helpful.
