real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreMs. Lamson - was great to us - however the firm that hired her for the appraisal was not so good at completing the process in a timely manner to close on refinancing our loan - underwriter - required the home appraisal be rewrittern/updated to meet their selling of the note to another lender. t
