The Tech support agent went through all the level one protocols. We were still seeing some unusual responses from the wireless modem. Tech elevated the support to level two and issued a support ticket. less than 15 minutes.

We have been using them for 20 years. They are great. We have good coverage and fast internet. We have great response when we have a problem. We have very responsive and cooperative technical support for our internet services.
