Chris got back to me right away. He was really excited to wash our house because it was so dirty. There was some stubborn lichen stuck and he and his assistant kept at it till it came off. Chris is very personable as well. I will use Vermont Home Wash again.

First, the most important point, is the work that was done was excellent and, based on the fact the deck needed to be stripped of Restore, the results were beyond our expectations. The communication during the entire project was outstanding. We had our entire house washed, the deck and front porch stripped of Restore Paint, a paint that was subject to lawsuits and has a reputation of being difficult to remove, front porch overhang mold removed, deck and porch stained and exterior and interior windows washed. Vermont Home Wash was extremely convenient, based on our needs, since we only needed to deal with one vendor. It is our second home and we were not always available locally during the work. Chris, the company owner, checked in from the job site throughout the process and communicated via emails and photos of the progress.

Chris is an absolute top-notch professional. He came and assessed the job after one day of contacting him, told me he would let me know a quote by the end of the day. He then called back within 20 minutes of leaving my house and said he had a cancellation in the area and could fit me in that day; he gave me an extremely fair price. He was able to remove 14 years staining on all my gutters as well as all the white trim, now my house looks new again. Best of all he was able to completely remove all black soot stains from my siding from furnace/fireplace exhaust outlets. This young man is extremely professional and clearly enjoys what he does and cares about the work he performs. I highly recommend Chris and Vermont Home Wash!

He responded promptly, was professional in communicating, stopped by to assess the job and provide a quote, and then followed through as planned, and did an exceptional job.
