Siding Service
He worked very slow and started stealing materials from the jobsite. When I confronted him, I ended up firing him. He then tried to bill us for hours he never worked and days when he didn't work. I wrote him a check just for the time he worked. He then threatened to take us to court and mentioned that it would be very expensive for us to hire a lawyer. When we insisted again that we were not going to pay him for things he didn't do, he didn't contact us again for asix months. We heard from him again recently, and he is now trying to sue us.
