Interior Painting
This guy is a supposed professional carpet installer, sheet rock installer and interior painter. We rented our house to him and he proceeded to perform much unauthorized "work" on our house, for which he demanded to be reimbursed. The paint job was done with left over paint from other jobs, didn't provide full coverage, and he didn't tape or mask. Excess paint was splattered on the floors and on door hardware.
In short our house was left an utter mess and we had to undo his "work" at the expense of thousands of dollars to us.
