Doug was very thorough, and gave a detailed and fair report that was issued in less than 48 hours as promised (actually less than 24 hours). Doug was very professional, and gave as much feedback as can be expected. I will try to remember to write a follow up review for Doug after (fingers crossed) owning for a year or so to make sure he didn't miss anything huge. i highly doubt he would have though. Doug was prompt, and accessible via both phone and email. Doug's rate was very fair. We may opt to bring Doug back after a few years to reassess. Doug also was able to mention several preventative maintenance tips to help us "road map" out the service and projects on the property. I should mention that Doug also made himself available last min to perform the inspection
