This was the third time I hired Andy to do construction at my house. It's certainly comforting knowing the owner is on the job. I had my home stripped of vinyl siding, typared and installed Hardy cement board siding. He also used versatex vinyl trim for the corner boards and window trim. He replaced the facia with new coil stock and the soffit with a new beaded vinyl. This is a NO maintenance house now. Andy is known as the best finish carpenter in town and has built many of the homes for the 'rich and famous' in my area. Initially I wasn't sure I could afford him. Ironically it was the opposite. With his 40 years of experience, the job was completed much faster than expected so it costed less money that the competition. It is NOT a learn while you earn situation. He's done it all 100 times before. Now my house looks above my pay grade.
Description of Work: Removed existing vinyl siding & all trim. Installed Hardy cement board siding. Typar. New Trim, corner boards and window trim. New facia and soffits. House and garage.
