This remodel was performed as a contingency on the purchase of a house. He broke through the bathroom wall and took a week longer to complete the bathroom renovation, nearly pushing the closing back. A portion of subfloor he replaced sits above the rest of the floor and prevents the door from closing properly. The handle on the new bathtub broke within 6 months. When I called and asked him to come out and look at the sticking door and broken handle, he told me to call him after the holidays and then blew off my calls for two months. When I contacted the BBB about the incident, he responded that I must be lying because if the door stuck I would have already fixed it.
