The installer arrived at the specified time. The estimated time of two and a half days for removal and installation was accomplished. The installer was professional, friendly and very helpful. The flooring was exactly as had been explained. The owner Holly answered our every question as did Rigel the installer. Rigel (and his helper, Chris) was very careful to move the furniture and piano so as not to cause damage. The entire project was a service extremely well done. The total cost was quite reasonable.
