Basement Remodel
This man is unprofessional and inappropriate. Trying to get him to stay on the job was ridiculous. He quoted the first bathroom at two weeks and it took 3 months. He quoted the second at one month and it took 6 months, and the shower he had me buy still leaks. During our many text exchanges he told me he had "given an effort" to fix the shower, that it is "my fault as I bought junk" and that "everyone wants someone to blame", in regards to me holding him responsible for completing the more that $10,000 job I hired him to do. He stated he called Wayfair and had a new shower being delivered to me which unsurprisingly has never shown up after 6 months. He has also refused to give me the name and contact number of the person he was supposedly communicating with at Wayfair so that I can handle it myself.
