What a major disappointment! Their sales team promised us the world and in the end, they did not meet their commit dates and they ended up costing over $3000 more than a local competitor. In addition, both the counter top and the island arrived with the WRONG lengths -- despite multiple measurements by their team. Wait, there's more! The kitchen cabinets required additional carpentry at OUR expense. If you check around, you can save yourself a ton of money and frustration by going elsewhere in Vermont.

Very poorly, Mark and Jason ignored our wishes on our corner cabinet and stuck us with a very cheap lazy Susan that we didn't order, and repeatedly told them not to order. When we went back to them we were told that the order was complete from final drawings that my wife and I never approved. The attitude was to blame us, after we were ignored and the wrong product was installed. The quality of the corner cabinet is very low, the door has a big gap in it and doesn't fully close. Do not use this company, we will never go back.

It went great.  Taro worked with us initially to layout what we wanted to do and then worked with both us and the contractor to seamlessly get things when we needed them for installation.

She was very helpful in assisting us figure to out what we wanted, even when we weren't sure.  She was very responsive to all our questions. Any email I sent, had a response the next day.  She re-did designs and sent them to us so we had them for our initial contractors meeting.  Whatever we needed, we got.

The contractor really did most of the work with them after the kitchen was planned, we did go back and choose hardware, etc., periodically.

They were great about giving us samples to carry around with us (for over a month) so we could choose fixtures, floors, etc.

Everything arrived on time and was waiting for the contractor when they were ready.  Delivered right when they wanted it.  There was one cabinet that was shipped incorrectly and Taro had it fixed before she even returned the call to the contractor.  And, it came in plenty of time for the counter top installation.

The contractor drilled some holes incorrectly in  a door and ordered a new one, she had it there quickly.

We were missing a couple of handles for the drawers, and again, we had new ones quickly and no charge.

I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat!
