I went to haircuts plus to get a hair cut only because the place I usually go didn't have an appointment and I really wanted to get my haircut before I left town. Going in I was nervous because I hadn't got to them and I hadn't seen any reviews. The atmosphere going in was fine. But when I got in the chair the hairdressers started talking about other customers negatively, and talking about their co-workers negatively. I gave them a picture of what I wanted and I ended up with something completely different. They didn't take the time to fully wet my hair before cutting it, or style it when it was done. As for the haircut itself I could have done a better job myself.
