For nearly 20 years, Martelle Construction has been producing high quality homes, remodels, and other various construction projects. In 2007 we became part of the Energy Conservation movement and today we are proud to be Energy Star Builders. In 2008 Martelle Construction established Green Mountain Zerodraft for the purpose of improving energy efficiency in existing homes and businesses. Green Mountain Zerodraft has a highly skilled, experienced crew and advanced technical equipment which allows us to perform energy audits on both residential and commercial buildings. The audit results will show where the building may have an energy loss, and then our crew will make recommendations on how to best minimize or eliminate the loss. Your building will be more energy efficient, you will save money, and all it takes is one phone call! Our mission is to make a difference.
