TERRIBLE!!! He reserved online a compact car. He arrived to find out they would only give him a big gas guzzling four door truck - and tried to say it was an "upgrade". They said this vehicle needed to get down there and therefore they wouldn't find him another car. They then expected him to basically pay THEM to transport THEIR vehicle where they needed it. Add in the additional fuel costs of switching him from a 30 mpg vehicle to a 15 mpg vehicle. That business has absolutely NO ETHICS! When he called them on it, they offered him a $20 credit! It costs $80 to fill the tank and he was driving 218 miles! He protested again, and then they said he could return it half filled. My son had no choice at that point but to take it - but it is rotten to take advantage of customers by having them subsidize their personal business costs! BEWARE - do not go there if you can avoid it - they will rip you off!
